A big Thank You to our Fulfillment Team! It has been well documented and noticed by consumers that Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales started early this year. As improving supply chains help with inventory availability and retail sales continuing to be strong, this has put a lot of pressure on the fulfillment industry especially considering the labor shortages being experienced nationwide. While many in the fulfillment industry resort to hiring untrained temp labor to fill labor shortages through the holidays, we are in a very fortunate position to use our pool of 185+ full time, skilled, trained employees to meet seasonal and cyclical labor demands in all areas of manufacturing, assembly, and fulfillment. Today caps off our busiest fulfillment week of the year and we are so appreciative of the hard work that our fulfilment team has put in to ensure another successful holiday fulfillment season.
